BullBuzz provides real-time stock price alerts through push notifications. The App allows you to:

• Search for stocks and securities
• Create price alerts for specific securities
• Receive push notifications when price thresholds are met
• Manage and delete your alerts

3. No Financial Advice

You acknowledge that:

• All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk
• You should consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Stock prices are volatile and can result in financial loss

4. Data Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information:

• Market data may be delayed or inaccurate
• Alerts may not be delivered instantly or at all
• Technical issues may prevent notification delivery
• We are not liable for any trading losses due to delayed or missed alerts

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Keep your device and account secure
• Not use the App for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Not create excessive alerts that could impact service performance

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA INACCURACIES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
• Limit the number of alerts per user
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Change these Terms with notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by WegsTech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
